Respect for diversity is a project developped British Council Romania!

And since i had the chance to get involved i want to  share this with others! The general outcome of the project is increase the ability of individuals and organisations to contribute to the intercultural understanding and the strengthening of civil society of Romania.

I had the chance of beeing one of the people that contributed to the writing of a guide that gathers useful exercises and methods for youthworkers that work with young people, and are involved in projects dealing with diversity issues. I want to thank the entire team for the experience i shared next to them. The guide itself can be used when dealing with issues like diversity, fighting discrimination  and intercultural understanding. The Respecting Diversity guide can be downloaded one click away, and for mor info just take a look on the British Council site . I hope that the guide will be a useful tool for the youthworkers that deal with diversity issues. Goodluck!
